Experience Freemen’s Sixth Form

Join us for an engaging and informative morning designed to give prospective students a genuine feel for life in our Sixth Form. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our students and paired with a Sixth Form buddy who will guide you throughout the experience.

You’ll hear an introduction to Freemen’s Sixth Form, take part in two subject sessions of your choice, and enjoy a tour of our beautiful campus, including our Sixth Form social and study spaces.

The morning concludes with our popular subject stalls marketplace in the Sixth Form Common Room, where you can explore the wide range of opportunities available – from Co-Curricular opportunities and CCF to careers guidance, university preparation and Inclusive Learning support.

City of London Freemen’s School provides a highly professional and integrated Learning Support provision designed to ensure that students with mild-to-moderate neurodiverse profiles, such as dyslexia and dyspraxia, can thrive within its academically rigorous environment. Entry Requirements

Admission via ISEB Common Pre-Tests (for 11+/13+), internal English/Maths papers, school reports, and interviews.

Key Dates for Admissions

Registration Deadline: Typically 1 October in the year prior to entry.

Assessment Window:

  • Year 7 & 9: Assessments in November of Year 6.
  • Sixth Form: Offers based on predicted GCSE grades (minimum average 6.0 across 7 subjects) and interviews in November.

Key Dates: Offers are generally sent in mid-December, with acceptance required by early March.

Freemen’s pupils consistently achieve excellent results, underpinned by hard work, ambition and the support of their teachers. We are proud of every student and the paths they choose after Sixth Form.
