Exceptional and fully immersive. The entire school is a bespoke provision for neurodivergent young people with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), high-functioning Asperger’s, or ADHD. It deploys an on-site multi-disciplinary therapeutic team including Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists (OT), and clinical support directly within everyday class routines.
Applicants must have a primary professional diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or a related neurodivergent profile, alongside cognitive abilities broadly in line with their mainstream peers. Parents or Local Authorities must submit a full diagnostic history, past school records, and a current EHCP, followed by an informal panel review and a tailored on-site student trial day.
Operates on a rolling admission framework throughout the year. Because student spaces are strictly capped at 7 per class, entry is determined entirely by seat availability and classroom dynamic compatibility.
Outstanding by Ofsted. Extensively lauded by The Good Schools Guide for its remarkable success in reversing complex school-avoidance behaviors and rebuilding positive mental health outcomes.
Focuses deeply on successful individual transitions into adulthood. Leavers progress into specialized Further Education colleges, mainstream local colleges, supported apprenticeships, direct employment, or targeted university programs (recent destinations include the University of Brighton and St Mary’s University).
