At Aberdour School, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) support is deeply integrated into the school’s signature, award-winning P.A.L. (Personalised Achievement Learning) framework. Proudly operates as a non-selective school. Admission into early years relies on informal taster visits to assess school readiness. Entry into older year groups requires a registration, a successful classroom taster day, and a satisfactory baseline reference/academic progress report from the child’s current school.
Key Dates for Admissions
Employs a rolling admissions format across the school year subject to local class size limits. Registrations for primary autumn intakes (Reception) are best finalised during the preceding autumn term to guarantee space.
