Entry Requirements
Requires school reports, an interview with the Head, and standard baseline assessments (Cat4/Oxford Online Placement Test).
Key Dates for Admissions
13+ (Year 9): Registration by October of Year 8; Assessment days held in November and January.
16+ (Sixth Form): Registration by December of Year 11; requires minimum five GCSEs at Grade 4+, including English and Maths.
Key Dates (2027 Entry): Open Mornings in September/May; Registration for September 2027 should be finalized by late 2026.
Results
Clayesmore is proud to announce that its Year 13 students have achieved an excellent set of A Level and BTEC results this year. With 93% of pupils securing places at one of their chosen universities, the results reflect both the dedication of the students and the supportive, dynamic learning environment that Clayesmore offers. Some students scored up to 232 UCAS points, including 3 A* grades. 144 is equivalent to AAA so 232 is incredible!
Students will be heading to universities across the UK to pursue a wide range of exciting and diverse subjects. Among the many impressive destinations, students will be studying Aerospace Engineering at Bristol, Biological Sciences at Warwick, Biochemistry at Leeds, Accounting and Finance at Exeter, Music and Sound Production at BIMM, Liberal Arts and Sciences at Birmingham, and Sport and Exercise Science at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
