Open Days and Open Weeks

The open events are aimed at children who will be applying to join St Peter’s in September 2027 and beyond.

The events are as follows:

  • Saturday 16 May 2026 – Whole School Open Morning (All year groups)
  • Wednesday 16 September 2026 – Sixth Form Open Evening (Entry into Year 12)
  • Saturday 19 September 2026 – Senior School Open Morning (Entry into Years 7-10)
  • Saturday 3 October 2026 – Junior School Open Morning (Entry into Nursery, Reception, Years 1 to 6)

If you cannot make the Open Events for your year group, please contact us using the Enquiry Form on our website and we will contact you and do our best to find a time to suit you.

Please note that places are available in the following year groups for September 2027, all other year groups operate a waiting list.

Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements: Academically selective via internal entrance exams (English, Maths, and Reasoning), interviews, and school reports.

  • 11+ & 13+ Entry: Registration by 31 December of the year prior to entry. Assessments held in January.
  • 16+ (Sixth Form): Registration by 31 October of Year 11. Minimum requirement: 6 GCSEs at Grade 6 (Grade 7+ preferred for A-Level subjects).

Results

Consistently excellent; 87% of GCSEs graded 9–7 and 60%+ of A-Levels graded A–A*.

Named The Sunday Times North Independent School of the Year (multiple times). Rated “Excellent” in every ISI inspection category.

Strong matriculation to Russell Group and Oxbridge (approx. 5-10% of leavers). Increasing numbers attend prestigious music conservatoires and specialist arts colleges.
